Standing Case provides information and guidance only. Nothing on this platform, including your Case Preparation Brief, any analysis generated, or any content on this website, constitutes legal advice. Your Case Brief is generated by an artificial intelligence system. Whilst designed carefully to reflect the approach of an experienced contentious probate solicitor, AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and is based solely on what you tell us. You must not act on the content of your Brief without first consulting a qualified solicitor.
Nothing in your Case Brief should be taken as a guarantee, prediction, or warranty of any legal outcome. Legal proceedings are inherently uncertain. Standing Case makes no representation about the likelihood of success in any legal action.

You should act on any time-sensitive information immediately by consulting a qualified solicitor. Standing Case accepts no liability for loss arising from failure to act within applicable time limits.
Standing Case is designed to prepare you for a conversation with a solicitor, not to replace it. Always consult a qualified, SRA-regulated solicitor before taking any legal action. To find a regulated solicitor visit the Law Society at solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk.
